1. Custom Orders: All orders for custom shower doors are non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it is tailored specifically to your specifications, and any changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

2. Order Confirmation: To ensure accuracy, we require customers to review and confirm their order details, including dimensions, design, and finishes, before production begins. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.

3. Defective Products: In the unlikely event that a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or repair at our discretion.

4. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to measure and verify all specifications. We recommend consulting with a professional if you are unsure about measurements.

5. Exceptions: There are no exceptions to this policy unless mandated by law. Please ensure you are certain of your order before proceeding.

By placing an order with Knockout Shower Doors LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no refund policy.

When setting an appointment with Knockout Shower Doors LLC you will need to pay a small fee of $25 to the consultaby for the gas and time expenses allocated for the estimate, once you go with our service this $25 will be a credit towards your final balance.
